"A great location for exploring Sisi and the surrounding area with a wonderful view of the harbour. Very peaceful and relaxing and easy walk to the local shops and supermarket. Worked very well and had a lovely week despite the stormy weather. The management company were also very helpful and responsive."

"Some staff were very friendly and helpful, others were not. One gentleman went out of his way to help my husband with a cake and candle for my 50th birthday. He found balloons and set aside an area for my family to sit. The room was disappointing, we thought we had a 3 bedroom villa, the front desk kept calling it a 'family suite', There was no privacy between 2 of the bedrooms and mold above the bathroom sink. It did not look like the pictures on the site. If I knew there would not be privacy for the 2 attached bedrooms, I would have just reserved a 2 bedroom and saved the money."

"The staff were amazing. Always available and happy to help and make our stay comfortable. The hotel was good but basic. The bathroom could be improved, especially the shower. They had 2 very well stocked bars., one in the hotel and one near the pool. They stayed open late and served food as well. The hotel was very well located a short walk from the sea and a 5 min walk into town where there were a number of excellent resustrants and bars."

"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."
