"What a lovely hotel. We were very much made to feel like we were at home. All the staff are incredibly kind and go the extra mile to make your stay and holiday relaxing or fun. The facilities are all clean and excellent. We preferred to go to the beaches but the pool is helpful to have and a good size. Breakfast is delicious and watch out for the little cat who will become your friend the moment you have a meal. There is a bus stop outside the hotel (albeit the buses run very irregularly)....

"Our stay at Villa Terra Promessa was absolutely incredible. The house looks like something out of Architectural Digest. Beautiful art, exquisite furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. Someone with a great design sense furnished the house. The view was stunning and the privacy was perfect. He pool was superb! We loved the little town of Paxos, but hated leaving the house when we drove there for dinner at some fabulous restaurants in the harbor. We saw the Strawberry moon from the spacious patio deck, an event that won’t happen again for 18.6 years. Everything was 100% first class and detailed to the max. The refrigerator was well stocked with some nice foods and beverages. If you are looking for a very private, quiet and super romantic house in Paxos, this is the place. Johnny, our contact with KeyNStay, was super helpful providing us with some great recommendations including a boat rental company and tips about the island. He made sure everything was perfect. What an incredible place!!!! A million star rating!!!! Michael and Hollis"

"Perfect location - great sense of space both inside and out . Great views from the terrace . Well equipped kitchen and very overall very comfortable. Easy access to anywhere on the island-including Gaios which is the nearest main hub.The booking process was straightforward and feedback on questions was quick and clear . The host Giannis was so helpful"

"The most wonderful holiday with my boyfriend, quiet villa hidden away on the hill with no noise and incredible views. Beautiful pool, easy access to all towns and easy check in process, would come back in a heartbeat. Dont bother bbq'ing, was too much of a faf"

Expected more for the price

"Lovely area and view. Property was fine. Very disappointed however that despite being advertised as having a BBQ grill that there was just an outdoor area - no grill to cook on so we had to buy one after some driving round the supermarkets. Similarly, when we’ve stayed at less expensive places, there is usually some basic provisions for you - eg there was no olive/cooking oil, no coffee for the machine, not even a pint of milk for some tea or even a bottle of water. I’ve already mentioned the lack of a BBQ Grill, neither was there even a small supply of charcoal or firefighters. I attempted to contact the property manager via VRBO app - what a waste of time that was ! I them emailed and was told someone would be in touch. We’re now back home and no one contacted us. Very very poor customer service so unlikely we will ever book via VRBO again"

Lovely stay

"The villa is lovely; very spacious bedrooms and communal areas, with lots of great spaces for relaxing and dining etc. of course, the pool and pool area is lovely. It’s location makes it feel peacefully remote, whilst still only being a short drive into town and providing easy driving access to the rest of the island. I would say a car/vehicle is necessary. Largely immaterial in the grand scheme of things, but Some room for improvements with the showers/shower heads which are a little bit and miss, and we couldn’t work out the outdoor lights in the BBQ area (but i assume that’s user error). Overall would recommend for a chilled stay in Paxos."
