"The guy at the front desk Michael is the nicest part about this place, that and the low cost of my stay. This place was easily $150 cheaper for 2 nights than almost every other hotel in Spokane Valley. That said, it’s really dirty, the rooms are dated and smell stale/sour. "Friendly staff! Convenient coffee within hotel. The property is located in downtown and the homeless and people on the street can be quite scary at night. Be mindful that train tracks also go through very closely so can be loud. The room was not the cleanest, they barely touch it. I think they make the bed and put new towels and that’s it but they are spacious. One day, they did the room and forgot to do the bed."
