"We chose the hotel Marfani because the website clearly shows photos and information about having ski room storage, but there isn't any! This was a problem for us.
The room was too small for ski clothes etc. there were no shelves, tiny wardrobe, and a tiny shower room.
Don't ask the hotel staff for directions to ski slopes, they don't seem to know anything, although they claim they offer a ticketing service, they don't.
(The shopping mall has a ticket desk on the 1st floor and vending machines...

Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done.
