"Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. "No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. "Bathrooms full of mold. Description of the bedrooms is incorrect. We had 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor 1 room with a double bed and 1 single bed. And that's not at all what the layout says. In the living room there is a mattress against the wall, dirty and old, without upholstery. "The facility was acceptable but access was quite difficult. We were expecting the lock box with the key in a different location. By complete chance a passing neighbour helped us figure it out. I would say some improvement can be made with respect to informing guests about the layout of the apartment and gaining access. Once we were in, there were no surprises and we spent an enjoyable evening before going to CDG."
