Hotel sencillo y funcional a la vez que cómodo (aunque el baño se le ve un poco antiguo) . Silencioso, con parking gratis y restaurante donde se come de maravilla y con muy buena atención. Lo único que sería mejorable sería el entorno y la situación a 1.5 km del centro y a 3 km de la playa de las dunas del Espartal. Teniendo coche no sería un problema. Por cierto, el centro de Avilés es un encanto para pasear y cenar tranquilamente, y un buen sitio para alojarse y recorrer la costa de Asturias a un paso de la Autovía, de Gijón, Oviedo... y de buenas playas.
