The Pine House - Avila Beach

Studio home with yard and parking in prime location with a view deck tucked under the canopy of an old-growth Coral tree.



Enjoy one of the old fisherman abodes of Avila past. Funky not fancy with some great outdoor space in a hard to beat private and tranquil location just one block from the beach. This studio home has been updated to accommodate a comfortable stay but maintain its historic character. Come relax and enjoy a little piece of traditional Avila.
