"While the old world charm of this hotel is delightful, the noise and clanging of doors, moving furniture above us and trucks in the street directly below really dampened the experience. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Also, be sure to take a proper taxi if you are being dropped off as Uber and Bolt can only get so close to the hotel and we ended up with a 12 minute walk through cobblestones with luggage. Once there, it is a beautiful location right at the Palais and so wonderful for all the restaurants and bars. The rooms have very few amenities. No coffee, robes or even drinking glasses. We would have expected a bit more for this proximity to the Palais. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful."

"The rooms were spacious but we had to change rooms because of a problem with the shower. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Auriele at reception. Free parking was nice."

"Basic Hotel. Good choice for the price. Friendly staff, comfortable room with a/c and hot shower. Quiet street close to all attractions. Good breakfast and free coffee/tea as needed. Would recommend if on a budget and ok with the basic amenities."
