Ideally located within walking distance of everything: Avignon Festival, historic monuments (Palais des Papes, Saint Benezet bridge....) music conservatory, opera, shops, restaurants, markets, bars, boutiques...

Fully equipped and furnished duplex flat (1 separate bedroom) on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a historic building:
1 bedroom (1 double bed) with wardrobe
1 bathroom (washing machine)
1 lounge / dining room with sofa bed (sleeps 2)
Air conditioning, TV, free and unlimited WIFI.
1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (crockery, hob, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, etc.)

PARKING :
The FREE "Parking relais des italiens" is a 15-minute walk from the flat. This car park also has a free CITYZEN shuttle bus every 10 minutes to take you to the town centre (STOP Place Pie or Place des Carmes) near the flat.
You can also BOOK a parking space online at the Parking des Halles, 200m from the flat.

Wir sind nach zwei Nächten wieder abgereist (10 waren gebucht). Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im unteren Bereich der FeWo, die Schlafplätze im oberen . Bei 40 Grad Außentemperaturen ist eine Nutzung des Bettes oben nicht möglich. Die Nutzung der Schlafcouch unten ist hygienisch bedenklich und auf Grund der Lautstärke des Klimagerätes ist auch hier an schlafen nicht zu denken. Die Fenster dürfen nicht geöffnet werden und sind mit Überwachungssensoren ausgestattet, die bei offenen Fenstern nach 10 Minuten die Klimaanlage anschalten. Die Sauberkeit in Bad und Küche weist ebenfalls Mängel auf. Der Zugang durch das Treppenhaus in das Hinterhaus (!) ist eine Zumutung hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Zustand und Geruch. Schade, dass damit der komplette Urlaub ein Reinfall war. In dem Buchungszeitraum hat die FeWo 138€/Tag gekostet. Hierfür hätten wir mehr Qualität erwartet.
