About this property
Grand Studio Neuf Climatise Intramuros 9A
- A quiet and centrally located apartment. At approximately 35 square meters, our studio features a separate sleeping area with an en suite shower room. The main room features a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. There are three large picture windows offering a view of the plane trees in the summer or of Place Jérusalem once the leaves have fallen. Located on the 3rd floor of a luxury Art Deco building right in the heart of Avignon’s historic center. Washer, dryer, and oven in the shared living area. Paid public parking 150 meters away.
