"The staff here was quite good, but this simply isn’t a 4 star hotel. I have no idea how it has that accreditation.
Our room was in the old section of the hotel. The wifi didn’t reach our room, the safe didn’t not work, the ceiling in the renovated bathroom was about 1.8m (about 6 feet) tall if you stood up in the shower, so I had to shower crouching over. The soap dispensers were also broken so we had to manually pump hand wash out.
Also, the air conditioner is just built into the room. You can set a temperature or adjust the fan speed. It is underpowered to cool the size of the old rooms as well.
Overall, just the property is in poor condition. The staff were great, but they can’t fix poor maintenance and a bad renovation job.
