"Upon arrival the apartment is beautifully presented. It is very spacious and clean and stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. "This is our second visit here and it was fantastic just like the last time .There’s everything you require for a self catering stay, Full size cooker, microwave ,large fridge freezer etc . It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Avignon.They do have a parking space for 1 vehicle which is great and it’s off road . The hosts Lucie & Michel are very nice people they make you feel so welcome you feel like a family member .You are only a 5 min walk to the tram station .There’s plenty of local shops...

"Nice, clean and centrally located. The property manager does not speak any English so can be difficult to ask any questions. I would suggest that they leave a map of the area and suggestions for restaurants etc for those that aren’t familiar with the area. We got lost quite a few times. There was free parking a few minutes down the street and the #5 bus was an easy trip into Avignon. "I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "

"The fotos do not do the property justice and we were very pleasantly surprised. Exceptionally clean property and very nice, welcoming hosts. Everything you could possibly need and more. The outside space, covered terrace and pool area are just wonderful and the garden is very well kept. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this place. The only negative aspect of this property is the very noisy road behind the garden."
