"This property is located right across the street from the lake, making it in many ways ideal for that reason. That said, it's at least a 45 minute walk to Old Annecy, making it less desirable. Food and bar options either on property, or nearby, are just very limited. Depending on the time of year, you will find parking to be nearly impossible if you are driving to the Old Town area. "Great hotel that is not far from the town. Spa facilities were very good and not that busy. The on site bike rental was also very useful for exploring the local area."
