This charming property has the added feature of a conservatory and large decking area meaning you can enjoy setting out in the sun in both the summer and winter. The property also has a wood burning stove in the sitting room area for cosy nights in.

Ruby Cottage has lots of extra features, including a conservatory and large decking area for guests to sit and relax in with a coffee or a glass of wine in the evening after a busy day out exploring the Cairngorms National Park. Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dining room. Has two steps down to area with dining table and chairs.
Bedroom 1: With bunk beds facing back garden.
Shower room:With shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With two single bed facing front of house.

First Floor:
Bedroom 3: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available to hire at £12 each.

PLEASE NOTE. The owner of Ruby cottage will not allow electric cars to be charged at the property. There are electric car charges available in Aviemore.
