"Wij hebben een fijne week gehad in Casa Martilde. Gezellig huis met een grote tuin en heerlijk zwembadje. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep soepel. Hij informeerde regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Locatie dichtbij gezellige plaatsjes."

Hervorzuheben ist natürlich der große und wunderschön angelegte Außenbereich mit kleiner Terrasse vorm Haus, großer Hauptterrasse und riesiger Dachterrasse. Es stehen hinreichend Terrassen-/Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Die Außendusche ist in den Sommermonaten ein großes Plus. Neben dem netten Ortsstrand sind die schönen Strände von Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo etc. mit dem Auto sehr schnell...

"Basic but very well equipped accommodation- very authentic. If you are after all mod cons don’t stay here; if you are after an authentic experience then do. Excellent location. We carried on the cat feeding tradition- although now they are two young ones, including a beautiful Siamese. Comfortable beds, great bathroom. Very limited kitchen spa very but this is clearly shown in the property details. We had everything we needed!"

"The outside space - swimming pool, seating area, BBQ etc - was fantastic and much bigger than expected. It was cleaned regularly and very relaxing. The apartment was small but perfectly big enough for the two of us. The bathroom needs some TLC as and shower wasnt the best. Some sort of welcome book and instructions would be helpful, and no wifi was suprising. It is a short walk to restaurants and to a fantastic beach."

"È stato tutto ottimo tranne il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è stata quella che doveva essere. Ci hanno detto che il sito non ha aggiornato il tariffario. Nel complesso appartamento pulito mi aspettavo anche gli asciugamani ma non c’erano (quindi portateveli). E nell’appartamento c’è solo una portafinestra quindi di notte bisogna stare per forza con il clima acceso perché non c’è aria."

"Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war genauso, wie sie im Inserat beschrieben wurde. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert, auch wenn Simonas Eltern nur italienisch sprechen. Mit Händen und Füßen haben wir uns verständigt und Simona war jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur und wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Morgens einen Kaffee mit Blick auf das Meer zu genießen ist...

"We stayed one week at this house and completely enjoyed the experience. Our, hosts, Claudia and Gerrit, made us feel very welcome and show genuine concern that we were pleased with the property. It is located in the middle of Olive Ranches and is very private. The house and the grounds were very clean and we had everything we needed. It was very quiet to sleep and there was always a nice breeze to keep us cool. We particularly enjoyed spitting on the rooftop in the late afternoon. The sunsets...

"Molto disponibili nel risolvere anche dei problemi improvvisi. Una buona casa per passare qualche giorno fuori vicino al mare. Il giardino ospitale con bbq bello per le cene fuori! Solo i letti un po’ scomodi e le zanzariere poco protettive."

Ottima l’accoglienza del signor Giovanni, nonostante il caldo torrido, l’ottimo posizionamento dei condizionatori d’aria ci ha permesso di riposare bene. Zona tranquilla e ampio spazio per parcheggiare proprio di fronte alla porta del B&b. Consigliatissimo!"

"The trullo was very clean & in excellent condition. Very spacious had everything that we required and was well equipped, shower worked well, plenty of hot water. We were always comfortable and on the one hot night the airconditioner was called for it worked very well. Cosimo and Angelica were very friendly and attentive. We had a very pleasant ten day stay."
