"Excellent service from the receptionist on the day! We were attending the wedding and after speaking to the member of the reception team in the day, we were checked-in early, which allowed us to change clothes, leave the luggage, park the car and leave it there, get a taxi and enjoy the day. "When we arrived the door to our room was broken -- it would not open -- so they gave us another room. That room had no hot water, so they gave us another room. The staff was excellent, and the hotel is lovely. The location is very good."
