"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."

"The hotel is situated on the M40 motorway Brussels - Liège but only 5-ish km away from downtown leuven. It has a free parking unlike anywhere in Leuven. Although situated on a busy motorway, I did not hear any car at all. The rooms are spatious, the only downside is that the window does not open so no real fresh air is coming in. There is however, air conditioning. The rooms could have a few more sockets and at least one USB socket on either side of the bed. Last time I checked we are living in the 21st century after all. Hot water was available in a matter of seconds. Personnel (admin as well as cleaning) is very friendly and helpful."

"Stay here was amazing. Wish the tv was a smart tv so you can connect your phone and watch something decent apart from french channels. Also the breakfast is quite basic not alot of hot food and selection of cheeses. But its a great small hotel with great location "
