"Nice resort to relax and swim. Pools are fun. Main pool is in the sun most of the day but there is a lot of shaded lounge chairs. Food is average and not a lot of options. During summer the seaweed is bad and you cant swim in the ocean. Beds are nice and room was great. We had a balcony with ocean view, a kitchen, and washer/dryer. Bus stop is easy to walk to and close by. "

"Pros: Nice, clean, family friendly resort. Staff is courteous. Rooms are good size with multiple person sleeping options. Great views. Cons: Single specially restaurant on site which requires a reservation and books fast due to limited options. Sister resorts also provide the same dilemma and if you are fortunate enough to obtain a reservation at another property, plan on a three hour commitment due to shuttle service schedules and general meal time frame. "The resort was wonderful. We did a few day trips fishing and to Tulum and my family really enjoyed the freedom to have excursions as compared to an all-inclusive resort. The nearby restaurants were great and there is a supermarket within a 1/2 mile. We loved it and loved the weather."
