The hotel is an excellent option when you are doing a road trip through Portugal, we were doing Porto to Lisbon and chose this stop to enjoy this small but charming town and also Costa Nova, pretty close to there. "The beds were super comfortable and rooms very clean. The hotel was at one time quite fancy - and is well kept- the marble staircase was impressive. The staff could be more personable - one lady was more friendly. And the location was ok - backed up on apartments- it’s a bit out of range to the tourist spots yet close to some amazing restaurants. The coziness of the bed made up for it all. "
