"The staff at the front desk were new to their job and did not know what to do. They had to go in the back for instructions Overall our suite was tremendous. We at at the Lookout yummy food!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed my time here, and the location was perfect. The balcony view was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience even more special. Waking up and enjoying the beautiful view was my favorite part of the trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Geneva!"

"This is a nice hotel, and this was our third visit to the hotel. However, we planned the stay based solely on using the outdoor pool, and didn't realize the hotel sells passes to people who are not staying at the resort. The pool was crowded. There was only one bartender to make drinks for everyone but there were probably 8 servers who were standing around waiting for drinks to be made. It ruined the vibe we were hoping for."

"We love the cove!! We stay there atleast 3-5 times a year! It was amazing as usual and the staff is always super accommodating. We swam this morning after a large storm last night so the only recommendation is to have an outdoor pool cleaning system that can work quickly and better than skimming the pool after a storm. There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes in the pool this morning. Other than that, no complaints! Thank you as always!"
