Enjoy a peaceful vacation in this one bedroom, two-bathroom luxury villa, perfect for a couple’s getaway. Featuring a queen sized bed in the bedroom. Tastefully decorated with functional yet stylish furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, and more than enough comfortable living space.

This condo has two private balconies with beautiful ocean views, a propane grill for those who enjoy a good barbecue, multiple televisions, and WiFi. Also included is a complimentary 4 passenger golf cart that you can drive to town for an Avalon adventure. Only 18 steps to the 1st level of the villa!

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
