Dès l’arrivée, les choses ont mal tourné : les gérants ont exigé que je paie une seconde fois la chambre, prétendant que le paiement initial n’avait pas été effectué, alors que j’avais le reçu et toutes les preuves de la transaction. Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. "I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."

Fijne voorzieningen, zoals restaurant, broodjes 's ochtends en natuurlijk een geweldig zwembad voor het kasteel. Vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel, uitleg over schoonmaak en afval kan nog iets beter, en iets meer schaduwplekken bij het zwembad zou ook fijn zijn, verder helemaal top. "
