"Everything was perfect. We could stay just one night for a business trip, but it was the perfect getaway. The Coop was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities. We could walk over to watch the sunset and watch for elk. We highly recommend, for a short night or even better, a longer stay. We will come again!"

"Had a great time. Property met expectations we'd have when it comes to cabins. Our sons (11yrs, 4yrs at the time of this stay) loved the ping pong table. Cabin had everything we needed. It was a great location for us to visit all the surrounding state parks. We did notice the sulfur smell with the water but, as campers and visitors to other cabins, we come to expect this at certain locations. Thanks for having us."

"The Octagon was a great venue for a Memorial Day Weekend trip of eight life-long friends. Our 47th year! The house was perfect sized and offering room to hang out inside as well as outside by the fire pit. We cooked three dinners and found the kitchen perfect for our needs. Very secluded and no fear of disturbing neighbors with music or yelling during horseshoes matches. The Tioga Golf Club was just minutes down the road and the bike trip down the Pine Creek Canyon was easy but beautiful. A great place."
