This recently remodeled 1940s home sleeps up to 10 guests and boasts a brand new pool, covered patio, and all of the charm and amenities needed to ensure your stay here is unforgettable.
The space
Every inch of this charming home has been completely redone with you in mind! From the plush, memory foam mattresses to the thoughtful decor and amenities, you can comfortably relax with friends and family after a delightful day of strolling around "The Most Beautiful Townsquare in Texas" and experiencing all that Georgetown has to offer.

Don't want to leave the house? No problem! Step outside to gather beneath the oversized covered patio, play a few rounds of cornhole, or take a dip in our brand new pool.

You will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, so please treat this as your home away from home.

NO pets of any kind are allowed on the property. Violating this policy will result in a penalty fee of $200+ per day.

The Forest House is a cute property within walking distance of downtown Georgetown, where there are many great places to eat, drink, and relax. The property is very accommodating and a comfortable place to stay. The pool and backyard area are very nice.

Stayed here with my family for 5 days on a trip to Texas. Great for small families, the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are comfy. The swimming pool is the big selling point, great to get out of that humidity!

What a perfect weekend! House was awesome! Clean, cozy Offered Everything we needed or wanted Host was very responsive and quick answering any questions. My son and his finance had a conference in Austin so we decided to all meet for after it was over. I drove in from Houston and my oldest son flew in from Connecticut. Loved, loved, loved it! We were in the pool everyday! Would recommend to everyone!

Super cute house, exactly as pictured. Loved that it was in downtown Georgetown, great boutique shopping and restaurants, a 3 minute drive away. Plenty of parking downtown as well. We were so lucky to rent on an 80 degree weekend in Feb and the host was kind enough to heat the pool to a perfect 85, the kids loved it! There were yard games, board games, coffee pods, toilet paper, trash bags and even cleaning supplies, all plentifully provided. The room with two twins is a day bed with trundle. This room exits to the beautiful back yard and has its own full bath. The other two rooms share the other full communal bathroom. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. I was also surprised to find the couch was a sleeper (maybe I missed this in the description) and it was very comfortable! My only not favorite thing, which would not prevent me from returning, was that the shower pressure in both bathrooms was very low. We had 5 women and teen girls with long hair and it proved to be a bit of a challenge to fully wash out our hair. I would recommend this place 100% everything was excellent! Huge thanks!

The pictures of the property were completely accurate. The house is beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of sheets and towels and the kitchen has all you would need. The location is absolutely perfect as it is near to the town square and close enough to the major highways. When it is time to chill, the wi-fi is wonderful and the TV has plenty of viewing options. The pool is beautiful as well as the entire backyard; I only wish it was a little warmer so I could take a dip. Justin is an absolute pleasure to interface with; very attentive…
