Other Things to Note:
• POOL has been converted into a courtyard.

• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

Great stay

Nice neighborhood easy to walk to eating places. Also easy to get to and to go to other locations in Austin. Must try the Mertic coffee shop great coffee and wonderful treats. Close our stay so easy to get to.
