The Space:

Cool mornings beckon you onto the private patio, where fresh air mixes with the quiet rhythm of the neighborhood. Evenings unfold on the sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of city adventures, while the shared pool glistens under the setting sun, ready for a dip at any hour. This East Riverside apartment offers a calm, comfortable base where you can recharge and explore at your own pace.



Living Space

The entry opens directly into an open‑concept layout where the living area and kitchen flow together. A comfortable sofa converts into a queen‑size sofa sleeper, creating a cozy spot for movie nights or relaxed conversation. Patio doors lead to a private outdoor space, ideal for sipping coffee while the city awakens.



Kitchen & Dining

A well‑equipped kitchen supports everyday cooking, and a breakfast nook provides a casual spot for meals, coffee, or planning the day ahead. The layout keeps you connected to the living area, making it easy to serve and share.



Sleeping Arrangements

Three private bedrooms each feature a queen bed, offering ample space for rest. A fourth bedroom holds a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a door. The living area’s queen‑size sofa sleeper adds extra sleeping capacity, and a queen air mattress is available as needed. Linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for all guests.



Bathrooms

Four full bathrooms give each guest privacy and convenience, each equipped with a bathtub or shower, hot water, and bathroom essentials.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
