Wonderful condo close to Downtown without the noise. Quaint pool for a dip with the best neighbors who will always say Howdy. Owner has enjoyed this nest for years and is ready to have others enjoy it as well!

* One bedroom condo with plush King size bed. Blackout curtains.
* Living room has a comfy sofa which pulls out to a Queen bed if needed. Coffee table raises and lowers making it convenient to use for remote work, or the dining table as well. Smart TV to stream any of your apps!
* Bathroom features a bathtub with rainfall shower head.
* Washer/dryer available for use in the bedroom.
* Kitchen is stocked for your stay, with Keurig coffee maker.
* Condo is located in a quiet two story complex. Unit is located on the second floor, so you will have to walk up a set of stairs to enter. Enjoy a view of the large mature live oak tree and the pool from your balcony.
* Complex pool available for use, swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
* Parking available on site.
* Located by public bus line, or Uber/Lyft is easily available.

Guests have access to the entire place except one locked owner's closet.

S Lamar / Menchaca neighborhood is quiet and quickly accessible to Downtown, Zilker, etc. Many good restaurants along S Lamar - if you need recommendations just ask. Favorite coffee shop / breakfast tacos combo is down the road at Radio Coffee!
