  • This single family residence is conveniently, centrally located between the Georgetown Square and Lake Georgetown, a short walk or a bike ride from the North San Gabriel Trail. A fully furnished, 3 bed, 2 full bath features a private-fenced yard on a quiet residential, tall-tree lined street. Wake to chirping birds and sip coffee in our well-lit breakfast nook, covered porch, or rear patio.
    We’re a short walk to a fun local brewery that pairs rotating food trucks with live music and game nights. Visit the beautiful and historic Georgetown Square for a community festival or evening out. If you enjoy outdoor recreational activities, Georgetown features many amazing hiking and biking trails, frisbee golf courses, parks and lakes. The Georgetown area is well serviced by Lyft and Uber, minutes from I35 and 130, making trips to the Greater Austin Area easy and hassle free.
    With flat screens throughout our house, and ample storage, stop in to rest for a night or check in for an extended stay… We have all the comforts of a modern, clean and functional home.
