The Space:

Evenings invite you to stretch out on the sofa, sip a drink on the patio, and let the sounds of the neighborhood drift by. The open‑concept layout lets you move between living, cooking, and working spaces without missing a beat, while the private entrance and smart‑lock check‑in give you confidence from the moment you arrive.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms accommodate up to eleven guests. Three rooms each hold a queen‑size bed with fresh linens, hangers, and storage. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, perfect for remote work or quiet downtime. A queen‑size sofa sleeper in the living room adds another flexible sleeping spot, and a queen air mattress can be set up if extra space is needed. Room‑darkening shades help ensure restful nights.



Living & Workspace

The living area centers on a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen‑size sleeper, with a large TV for relaxed evenings. Direct access to the patio brings fresh air into the gathering space. A dedicated workspace with high‑speed Wi‑Fi, a desk, and a chair supports productivity, while the in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen provides generous counter space, all essential appliances, and cookware for everyday meals or special feasts. A casual breakfast nook with four stools sits beside the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy coffee or a quick bite while conversation flows.



Outdoor & Shared Amenities

Step onto the patio or explore the shared backyard area. The building offers a heated pool and a hot tub that remain open year‑round, with set hours from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, pool toys, and a water slide for added fun. A shared hot tub provides another spot to unwind. An outdoor playground gives kids space to play, and a nearby shared gym is available for workouts, though the host is not responsible for third‑party amenity closures.



Location & Neighborhood

Nestled in East Riverside, the residence sits in a residential neighborhood with easy routes to downtown Austin, the Texas Capitol, Zilker Park, South Congress, live‑music venues, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Free on‑site parking and ample street parking make coming and going simple, whether you head out early or return late.



Pet‑Friendly & Perfect For

Pets are welcome at no extra charge, making the home ideal for families, large groups, and longer stays. Quiet hours, thoughtful amenities, and flexible spaces support both relaxation and productivity, giving you a comfortable base to experience all that Austin offers.



Guest Access:

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
