The space
This property is ideal for a family or group of friends to experience Austin and all it has to offer year round. Come enjoy the comfort of a quiet friendly neighborhood while having access to an easy drive to the Domain -3 miles, Central Austin -16 miles, Circuit of the Americas -30+ minute drive, and Q2 stadium -3 miles.
INDOOR LIVING: Open concept living room and kitchen. Living room with a large Smart HD TV to access your Netflix/Prime/Hulu/ account. Cable TV is not provided.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots & pans, spices, cooking oil, refrigerator with water filter, microwave, & dishwasher. There are excellent grocery options nearby, Whole Foods at the Domain, Sprouts, Costco (longterm stays), & two near by H-E-B grocery stores.
BATH: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, & towels.
BEDDING: 1 set per bed that are clean, soft, and comfortable.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Two comfortable sitting areas to enjoy morning coffee or a small get together. Large fenced-in yard with a pool and soon to come sitting areas with outdoor games. Pool towels are provided in downstairs bathroom.
WASHROOM: Home comes with stacked washer and dryer with some detergent, ironing board, iron, & laundry basket.
PARKING: On driveway is 4 vehicles maximum & 1 in the garage.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. Keyless entry with code provided upon arrival for self check-in and check-out. We will send the code 15-30 minutes prior to arrival.
Other things to note
1. This home is a No Smoking Zone, so please no smoking indoors or around sitting areas outside with cushions. There will be an extra cleaning fee if smoking takes place during your stay or any burn marks/ashes are noticed.
2. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise level minimal after 10pm. We ask that no parties or events be held at this home unless it's a small family/friend gathering and prior approval.
3. Please ensure to keep the home clean by disposing of trash in receptacles provided outside.
4. Please respect the check-in and check-out time. We understand that travel plans change and we will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
5. Feel free to use the barbecue grill outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please leave the BBQ grill clean after use. If found dirty upon checkout, an extra cleaning fee will be added. You will also need to refill the propane tank to the BBQ as it is not provided by hosts.
