A laundry area with washer and dryer is also located in the master bathroom. Outside the master bedroom is a large game room with a ping pong table, wet bar and yet another great lake view. There is also a sitting area with a 60" television and sleeping nook.

Stone steps lead down to a large two level boat dock with lighting and shaded seating on the upper level. Enjoy swimming or floating in the lake off the dock. There is also ample room to tie up a boat alongside the dock. Boat ramps are available for launching in the private neighborhood park. The Point Venture marina is a few hundred yards away where you can get gas, ice or whatever you need for your boating adventures.

This home is conveniently located directly across the street from the clubhouse where you will have access to the community fitness center and junior Olympic sized swimming pool which overlooks the lake. A short walk down the street will bring you to the "Gnarly Gar" which is our neighborhood floating restaurant/bar. Point Venture also offers a nine hole golf course featuring the sports bar "Caddie Shack". Both the "Gnarly Gar" and "Caddie Shack" often offer live music on weekends. The Point Venture private neighborhood park is also lakefront and offers a playground, covered pavilion, newly built disc golf course, and boat ramps.
