- Pet-Policy -
We do not allow furry companions at this property, although we do at some other properties on our profile! Undisclosed pets have a $500 fee. Pet fees still apply to service dogs and require proof of service dog status before check-in day. A pet fee of $50 per night, $200 per week, or $400 per month applies. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, and they must be well-behaved and never be on furniture.

Please treat our home with care, ensuring its pristine condition for future guests and your return stays.

- Smoking Prohibited Indoors -
Kindly avoid smoking indoors or on the front patio! Evidence of smoking will incur a fee for odor elimination and furniture cleaning. $500 minimum fee.
As your Host, our aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. We want you to create lasting memories during your stay in Lago Vista.

But to do so, we would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. We know, we know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests like yourself with a great experience.

Check out: Please reach out to us about early check-in/late check-out options in advance so we can coordinate with the cleaning company’s schedule and any fees they might charge for rush cleanings. Check out time is 10:00am unless otherwise arranged with us. If you are still in the home after 10:15am, an additional night charge may be incurred unless otherwise arranged.

Outdoor TV: The outlet to plug the TV in is just below the TV on the deck. Please put the TV cover back on when checking out. The remote is in the small kitchen drawer under the counter on the right if you're coming in from the deck. Please also return the remote to its spot for other guests. Thank you!
Please also close the outdoor umbrella when you're leaving, thank you!

Kitchen: Help yourself to use anything in the kitchen. We provide an initial supply of coffee, cooking utensils should you wish to cook, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils used prior to leaving in the dishwasher. $50 dirty dish cleaning fee by the cleaning company.

Cooling/Heating: There is a nest thermostat that controls the AC and heat, if you could please leave the home at 70F when leaving that would be greatly appreciated.

Noise: As neighbors are around the property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 9 pm and before 8 am. There is a $150 noise complaint fee during quiet hours.

Parties: No parties allowed. $2000 party penalty fee. Especially from guests not disclosed in the reservation. For special events please inquire.

No Smoking: Do not smoke inside the property, if you wish to smoke/vape, please do so outside away from the entrance of the home and dispose of all smoking waste. $500 fumigation/ozone fee for smoking inside evidence.

Pets: As we love our furry friends, we also care about guests with pet allergies and therefore avoid allowing pets. Pet fees are the lower of $50/day, $150/week, $400/month regardless of service animal status.

Plumbing: Please do not throw away anything down the toilet other than toilet tissue, the cleaning company tests all toilets before each check-in.

Laundry: There is a washer and dryer available in the property with laundry detergent available.

-Excessive Trash Policy-
We take pride in offering a clean space for our guests, and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining it. While normal amounts of trash are expected, any excessive trash left behind or improperly disposed of will incur a $50 removal fee by the trash company. This includes overfilled bins or trash left in inappropriate areas.
