Relax on the plush king-size bed after exploring the walkable local restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, and music venues. This cozy and peaceful studio is the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying all the charm and excitement of Austin!

The Space:
We had it professionally designed and decorated to deliver a 5-Star Stay. The clean, open, modern studio features a king bed, walk-in shower, and couch – the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetic for a relaxing getaway. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and a fully stocked coffee maker. This studio is located on the top level, providing a private, elevated space to call home during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the private unit all to themselves, including access to a serene balcony area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Guests have access to an on-site laundry room by request. If unavailable, guests are provided a pick-up/drop-off laundry service free of charge.

Guests do NOT have access to the pool on the property, that is for the main house guests.
