"The cleaning staff is terrible. They spend 5 mins cleaning the room, no vacuum, no change of sheets. There is tons of free parking nearby, and the valet parking is a rip-off."

"Clean property and great amenities, easy parking. Great location. Among 3 rooms at check in, we had 2 infants and 1 handicap, yet the front desk managed to put us all on different floors and furthest from elevators. He also did not assign rooms. Night 2 one in our group needed a key card and the front desk refused to give them access because their name wasn’t listed as a guest. But again, front desk didn’t assign rooms nor did they take everyone’s name in the group to even list as a guest. All 3 rooms experienced the bedroom light going on multiple times during the night at random. The staff said it was a known issue however we were not given this information and it was most disturbing with the infants."

"The front desk staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, and our room was perfect comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleaning staff was also amazing and did a great job making sure everything stayed fresh and tidy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again!"

"Great location within walking distance to the 6th street bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Cons. Parking was horrible. The hotel only offers valet parking at $65 a night. There’s relatively no street parking. I recommend walking a block over and using the self parking garage for half price. Second, room cleaning is only available every other day and I wasn’t informed prior. Since I was there for two days, I only had the room cleaned once, but they were attentive and brought clean towels up. My overall experience was pleasant aside from the mentioned blemishes"
