Lakefront Retreat and Boat Dock-Lake Travis near Volente

Lakefront fun for the whole family! Enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding on Lake Travis with space to bring your boat or jet skis. Kids will love the game/movie room while adults relax or grill on the patio with stunning views. Roomy, comfortable, and perfect for big families or groups. Just minutes from top restaurants and a short drive to Austin for live music, food, and fun. Your perfect lake escape starts here!
Please note, this location is not good for giant loud parties.

The home has the master and two bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs with the main living and kitchen. Downstairs is a giant Gameroom complete with pool table and dart board and two more bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Guest access
Guest can park in front of the home either in the driveway which has room for 3 cars or on the street which also has room for another 3 cars. The driveway is steep.
Other things to note
The water levels around Lake Travis tend to vary throughout the year, especially near this property because of its location in a cove. If the water levels turn out to be low during the dates of your reservation, I have a flexible cancelation policy up to 24 hours prior to your reservation.

Dogs ARE allowed. If you wish to bring your pet, BEFORE booking you must message me and let me know. A one time $50 cleaning fee will be added into the price of your stay if you chose to bring your pet. Dogs must be on a leash when outside at all times. If you bring your dog without messaging me in advance you will still be charged the fee.

Cats are not accepted at this rental. I am allergic.

The home is next door to another rental so would be great for 2 families to book together for family reunions.

Summer time stay

Property over looks an inlet of Lake Travis. Plenty of space for family and friends. Host was very responsive. Check in and out process was easy. Peaceful and close enough to everything you need.

A way to get together

No words can truly express the amazing time we had. We are a group of friends that love to be together and play games from all over texas and this locations was a good places for us to meet. We were a total of 10, 5 male and 5 female so the house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably. Thanks to being 2 story we were able to separate into 2 groups when needed. Also we weren't far away from town that it was a easy traveling into town and different eating locations. I will say the only thing that caught us off guard was the driveway being really steep, we all have small SUV's so it was no issue but it was a surprise. Overall it was great and lots of fun. If another event ever comes again I would get this place again.
