The Space:

This lovely home offers ample space and comfort. The open-concept living area features two cozy sofas, flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, along with a dining area that seats 6 guests and a breakfast bar that seats 4.



The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin day bed, which has a pull-out twin bed underneath. These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.



Outside, you'll find a private backyard with a stunning Texas themed patio area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a BBQ with your loved ones. The expansive yard offers never-ending views of the Texas Sky and all it's beauty, A newly renovated fire pit area with seating for 6, and fun games like volleyball, and cornhole! The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, providing a serene environment for much needed rest and relaxation.

Location:

Our home is situated in Leander, a picturesque town known for its natural beauty and friendly atmosphere. Just a short drive away, you'll find various local attractions, including Lake Travis, Crystal Falls Golf Course, and the popular Cedar Park Center. Downtown Austin is also easily accessible by light rail, offering a vibrant nightlife, live music, and delicious dining options.



Policies & House Rules:

- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but you can smoke outside.

- No events, parties or large gatherings without prior approval

- No more than 2 small dogs allowed (45lbs), with non-refundable pet fee. Yard is not fully fenced.

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home

- Check-in time is 3pm; Check-out time is 10am

- This is a neighborhood, please respect the quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

- For the safety of our guests, exterior property is under 24/7 video surveillance
