The bungalow on Bowie was intentionally curated for a calm and comfortable space. Enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the Texas Hill Country with cotton candy sunrises and sunsets. This upstairs space is a 550 sq foot studio with a newly remodeled bathroom, kitchenette, in-unit washer/dryer, and extra yoga/meditation room. Ample and safe street parking.
ALL new king-size seally mattress, all new linens, pillows, rugs, fresh paint + new blackout shades. Smoke-free. Plenty of storage, 4 large windows with great light and black-out shades.
3-minute drives to neighborhood coffee House the Civil Goat (visit Butters + Norm the two resident goats ) or local restaurant/bar Petrizzi’s w/freshly made pasta, full bar, outdoor seating + live music.
Cool off and take a dip in Lake Hills Park short 2.5-mile drive or hike at Commons Ford Park. Enjoy this serene gem in West Austin!
