Home away from home, perfect for group trips! Come relax in the spacious living room and sleeping space to accommodate up to 12 family and friends comfortably. Conveniently located between the airport and downtown Austin for ease of logistics! < 15 mins to Rainey St, Downtown, E 6th St, or South Congress Ave. 15 mins to COTA. < 10 mins to McKinney Falls State Park for hiking and picnicking adventures.

Single story home with fully fenced in yard. Spacious living room to gather with family and friends with Roku tv. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking essentials, and separate coffee and tea station. Two bedrooms each with Queen beds and closets, and a bathroom with bathtub off of the living room. Primary bedroom with King bed and Roku tv with en suite bathroom with closet, and walk in shower. Laundry room with top loading washer/dryer and utility sink. Large bedroom with two Queen beds and two closets, sitting desk and chair for remote work, and Roku tv. Outdoor grill and yard games available. Hot tub - coming soon!

Loved our stay in Austin

We loved our stay here. Comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful decor. Cozy outdoor area. Good communication with the host. Close to downtown adventures/state Capitol building and hiking at Mckinney Falls.

Decent stay

Overall decent stay, house is in ok condition, in OK neighbourhood. Hot water in the one bathroom shower did not work. No water in hot tub. Nothing bad, nothing great.

Met all expectations!

We were in Austin for our daughter’s wedding and wanted a place to be able to gather with family that had also traveled from out of town. Our host was the only one we reached out to that was willing to allow the gathering. We, in turn, were very careful to treat the home with respect. Our host was very responsive, the home was very well stocked with plenty of towels and linens, and pretty much anything else you would need. Great space and would absolutely stay again.
