Great stay!

Very nice house and affordable too. Everything was as described and the communication was great also. Close enough to all the things but not too close either so the traffic was not crazy. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

A very nice house in a lovely neighborhood. It was a perfect place for my brother and I to stay while we were attending the motorcycle races.

Calm and comfortable

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining out. There's an Original Pancake House really close! (my fav).The house was immaculately clean and well laid out, the furniture and bedding were very comfortable. Nice fluffy towels! We didn't need the parking pad in back (street parking in front was fine) but were glad to have it as an option.Check-in was easy, instructions were clear. Host is super responsive to any concerns. I'd definitely choose to stay here again when we return to the area.

Texas holiday

We loved having a home away from home. We enjoyed having a breakfast there We had a wiener roast for supper one evening. We enjoyed the fire pit outside. Thank you!! Great holiday!!

Great host!

The house was spotlessly clean. Beds and shower very comfortable. The house is in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood which is close to the highway for quick access to everything. Chris, our host, was very responsive and quick to answer when we had a question. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

The house was clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. The host replies back quickly. Everything was easily accessible. The backyard was a nice area. Only downfall was that there was not a lot of street parking but that’s not the host’s fault since they have neighbors. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Saving this location as an Austin Favorite

This rental was perfect. Just as described and easy and simple. We come to town to play poker at The Lodge and this worked perfectly. Definitely planning on rebooking this location on future trips! Manager awesome to work with and even went out of his way to ship me airpods one of our party forgot.

Great place, but two beds, not 3

Very cute little place and great communication with the owner, but when we got there, we realized that there is no futon or a pull out bed as mentioned in the listing, so one of us had to sleep on a sofa. So in this place there are three bedrooms, but only TWO sleeping areas.

Comfortable stay

Our overall experience was good. Here are a list of pros and cons. Pros: The host answered my questions in a timely manner. Place was clean and stocked with basic items. Beds were comfortable and prepared with fresh sheets. Lovely backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: The neighborhood looked sketchy The bath towels had suspicious orange stains everywhere on them. If there was no available parking in the front of the house then you’d have to park in the back which would have been fine if I could lock the back door from the outside when I left anywhere; there was not so I had to lock the back door from the inside, go out the front door (lock it) then walk from the front yard to the backyard where I was parked. Not too big of a deal but not convenient either.

Disappointing

This property had really nice photos but it did not live up to them at all. When we got there, there were no instructions on where to park or how to get to the driveway (it was on another street). Street Parking was all taken up. The photos were much nicer than the actual property. Said there was a campfire area-but had one piece of wood-can't really make a fire with one piece of wood. There was no baking dishes at all to be able to cook in the oven. The oven didn't work properly and the manager came to take a look at it, however he got it to say it was preheating to 325 but then the cinnamon rolls took an hour and a half to cook. OVEN is BROKEN. Listing boasts all the comforts of home, however there was no comfort of home. We chose a VRBO so that we could eat in etc. It sleeps 5 (with one on a couch) but there are only three forks in the silverware drawer. There were some pots in the cabinet, but the non stick coating was all scratched up and one was dirty from the last person. Listing said that printer and office was there for use, but then printer wouldn't work because it was out of ink. I was VERY disappointed in this listing. I would caution anyone from booking this listing.

Big disappointment

The property did not meet the basics. Not enough towels, nor hanger, not enough toilet paper, toiletries was used, and in a very bad presentation. Overall a disaster. The refrigerator was dirty.
