Discover the charm of our five-bedroom/four-bath town home getaway located in the unique Village of Point Venture on Lake Travis, just 20 miles northwest of Austin in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. There is a private boat dock available when the water level reaches 670. Which it is currently (7/24/25). (See note * below) Gather your loved ones and immerse yourselves in the perfect blend of comfort and adventure.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator and all the necessary appliances to satisfy your culinary cravings with two dining areas on the main level. Enjoy grilling on our Weber gas grill on the main deck where there is an additional dining area all while taking in the breathtaking lake views.
There is Wi-Fi and 5 smart TVs accessing YouTube TV. throughout the house. Plus, two DVD players and a Nintendo game console.
Challenge your friends to a game of ping pong in the game room located downstairs where there is an additional small living area.
For the little ones, there's a travel crib, booster seat and baby gates to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
Point Venture has many activities available for residents and guests including a 9-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pool, gym, and library. The private park has many activities to enjoy also, including a well-equipped playground, 9 hole frisbee golf course, sand-volleyball, and basketball. When the lake level is low, there is a beautiful sandy beach. The private boat ramp is located in the park as well.
The Park and amenities are accessed by provided keycards only. (See note** below)
After a day of activities, relax at the Caddie Shack Sports Bar located at the golf course or Captain Pete's Boathouse restaurant located at the Point Venture Marina or the 4th Quarter Bar and Grill located at the entrance of Point Venture.

Note ** We provide two card keys. Each card key gets one car only into the park. Each card gets 4 people into the pool. The card key is also used to access the tennis and pickleball courts, Gym and library.
