A lil bit of Austin Country... only 12 minutes from COTA / 20 mins to downtown Austin or 8 mins to Downtown Buda.

The house is nestled on just under five acres of land. Beautiful shade trees. Covered front porch - perfect the morning coffee. A giant back porch with sail shades and ample relaxation seating and watching friends/kiddos play on the swings or play volleyball. If the wind is exactly right - Plenty of room to fly a kite on the back acres.

Be ready to enjoy the stars - enjoy the breeze - sit by the fire pit.

Our daughter got married in Austin and this house was just perfect for what we needed! Our family had plenty of room, the living room was cozy, the bedrooms were pretty, and the front room was a great spot for the bridesmaids to get ready before heading to the wedding venue. The kitchen and house was so well stocked and Natalina was gracious and kind and so quick to respond to any needs. We can’t say enough great things about our stay! Thank you for everything!

Natalina was an amazing host and the home was perfectly appointed. Anything you can think of, she probably has it for you. This property was perfect. It had all the necessary amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels, bathroom toiletries, comfortable beds, tv in every bedroom and living area. This house really has everything and more! We 13 women in total stay on the property. There was ample amount of space for us to sleep & plenty of towels. I highly recommend this house for large groups! Natalina was so sweet & helped us with anything we needed!

We were visiting Austin for the eclipse and the house the perfect place to stay. Lovely, well appointed house with everything we needed. The host was particularly accommodating and responsive! When we found out that we needed camp chairs (we flew in), she provided them and included hats, umbrella's and even a small cooler. We loved sitting out on the back porch in the morning. Highly recommended.

Great home with so much attention to detail. Perfect location if attending an event at COTA as it’s a short ride to get there. Natalina, the host was very responsive to anything we needed. House is well stocked with pretty much anything you need. We stay in VRBO’s pretty frequently and this one was by far one of the best.

Nice place to hangout or as a hub for visiting the south Austin area. Nice setup with multiple large screen tvs, and a pool table. Nice surprise stock of snacks and plenty of coffee cups. Currently in a quiet area across from a landfill zone but that didn’t impact the stay. Easy access to the freeway about 30 minutes from DT Austin on a typical traffic day but also 30 minutes from Lockhart and San Marcos.

We had a graduation ceremony at Concordia University. A change of venue for the ceremony made this location a bit out of the way, but it was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy each other and to serve a celebration meal with a couple of other close friends. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations—the well appointed rooms, the backyard, the pool table, etc. We used the grill and the fire pit.It goes down in our family history as a special memory.

We had a late Christmas celebration over New Year’s weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. The house has a great layout with lots of space, a large dining table, and lots of sleeping accommodations. The host was very helpful in explaining the sleeping options. She provided a pack-n-play, bassinet, high chair and baby swing. The large yard and patio was enjoyed by all. Great location. The house was also decorated for Christmas, including a tree! Definitely a 5-star rating!

Let me first just rave about the host. Natalina was incredibly responsive, had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay and made us feel so welcome. The house was big, great for the six of us that were in town for an Australian Football tournament at Onion Creek. This is the perfect location if you need to go back and forth from there. We didn’t use the pool table but there were a couple games of NFL Blitz that made me feel like a kid again. And hanging out in the kitchen playing music and rewatching some old games on the smart refrigerator was an experience I never knew I needed. Truly a wonderful stay and the perfect place to come back to after our games to unwind and get ready for the next one. I’ve got my eye on some events at COTA and I know where I’ll be checking for accommodations first.
