This spacious 1,800 sq. ft. penthouse-style suite on the third floor features a private kitchen, living, and dining areas, plus 4 bedrooms with 11 beds and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy access to our pool, rooftop bar, swanky cocktail lounge. Enjoy the sunshine in our garden area with cornhole games, food trucks, and live music! Hours of operation for amenities are available upon request.

The Space: Our property is designed for large groups, ensuring a fun and comfortable stay that provides privacy as well as social engagement. Each unit includes:
Living Room: Large and inviting space
Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, private chefs available
Dining Area: Ideal for group meals
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Spacious and private

We have five units on the property:
Unit 4: Single-level suite with 4 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 3 bathrooms.
Unit 5: Similar to Unit 4 but with a private outdoor patio.
Units 1, 2, & 3: Larger, split-level units with additional space. The first floor features a living area and half bath; the second floor includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. These units have retractable walls and frosted-glass garage doors that open onto the pool veranda, offering an indoor/outdoor experience.

Rent one unit, any combination, or opt for a full property buyout. All units are self-contained and private. The pool is reserved privately for each unit in 3-hour slots daily, easily scheduled online. Please inquire about rooftop bar hours!

Guest Access:
Private Unit: Includes living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
Pool & Courtyard: Private 3-hour reservations daily.
Rooftop Deck and Bar: Expansive 3,500 sq. ft. space with stunning downtown Austin views.
Garden Space: Featuring food trucks, yard games, full bar, and bar-style TVs.

Hotel Staff: We`ll greet you upon arrival and give a property tour. After that, we`ll respect your privacy, but are of course available if needed. You will have a direct line to text our concierge team at any time throughout your stay. We can help you with anything you need, including booking activities or adventures with our favorite vetted companies!

Additional Information:
Each unit includes an iPad for wireless music control.
The pool (8x24 ft) is perfect for cooling off but is not heated. Private reservations are available.
Limited on-site parking (3 spots) is first-come, first-serve. Metered street parking and off-site options are available.
Unit 4 Bed Configuration: Up to 11 beds—4 queens (bottom bunk), 4 fulls (top bunk), and 3 rollaway singles. For maximum comfort, some guests may share beds.
