"This beautiful, older-style property offers stunning views of the river and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Located near walking trails and a park, it’s also just minutes from town, giving you easy access to everything this quaint area has to offer. We especially enjoyed spending the evening at the on-site bar and relaxing on the multi-level patio while taking in the scenic surroundings. Tucked away on a quiet dead-end road, there’s no through traffic—just peace and quiet. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to Sam, who was incredibly friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. As a local, she shared some great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. The room was simple and no-frills, but had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s rest—including a super comfy king-size memory foam bed and a clean shower. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for charm, tranquility, and local hospitality!"

"Very nice place to stay if visiting Clifty Falls State Park and/or Madison. The room was spacious and we had a nice overlook of the Ohio River. The breakfast was great! Only negative we saw was the mattress was low to the floor and it felt like the middle area was sunken down some (older?)."
