We were given a conplimentary room upgrade because we were celebrating a special occasion, and we were able to add an extra night into our stay abd stay in the same room. We absolutely fell in love with the place. We were only supposed to stay for 3 nights, but added on an extra night and the staff kindly arranged it so that we could stay in the same room. "We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...
