"Interesting/pleasant room decoration in the Bali room. Noisy location which meant you couldn't have the windows open and parking was difficult. No aircon so it was a difficult night. Thank goodness there was a fan. "

When they finally arrived the lady, after asking my name started "you have no reservation " I showed my passport so she could see my name, but then started waving her arms about and shouting "NO RESERVATION, NO RESERVATION ". Thats the first time ever thats happened at check-in. At this point her partner appeared, and found my reservation in 30 seconds. Unfortunately I'd booked half board. Dinner was abysmal. A slice of pizza as starter. Mixed vegetables and a few bits of grilled gammon. I was only given one option for each. Breakfast was even worse. The table was present with one croissant, a small glass of orange juice and 3 bits of bread. I had to borrow the butter from the next table and go and find someone for a coffee. I couldn't get out of the place fast enough. "
