"Good for short term stays."

"There was a miscommunication with the door access code but the host answered my call immediately to assist. Very impressed!"

"Overall, no leaks and no bugs. Very run down property needs a lot of work. Beds are reasonably comfortable, AC and Hot Water work well. All other furniture needs to be replaced. Not very comfortable unless you are horizontal in bed. Kitchen Not stocked well, what it does have is old. Kitchen window does not lock i used a wooden spoon to keep it from being slid open from outside. Kind of unsafe if you dont know about it. Again 3 stars is the most it can have. Pics on listing really make it look...

"10/10 recommend to anyone planning on staying. We hosted a family gathering and everyone loved the size, the look, the rooms, the garage to the size of the backyard. Truly amazing space and great location."

"The location is amazing! What a cute place. Just right for two people."

"This is our second time at this property and we will be back. Cita the host is top notch and bent over backwards for every request. lovely neighborhood for walking and quiet. The space is perfect for a quiet dinner with our grown kids. Thank you Cita and the cleaning crew who made it beautiful!"

"Very spacious. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. The living room is gorgeous. I loved having a laundry room in the main bedroom."

"We had a really great stay. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. Family friendly home with large yard for kids to play in, host provided high chair and crib making traveling so convenient. House was as picture. Brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds and close to everything you need like grocery stores, shops , etc. Highly recommend to traveling families."

"Excellent just what we were looking for"

"Staying two nights gave us plenty of time to unwind. Beds offered good support, shower pressure stayed strong, and air conditioning cooled the room well overnight."

"Very smooth booking, checking in, and checking out process. The house was older, and it showed, but was big enough to hold my group. There were problems with the fire detectors randomly beeping, and some mold in the basement, but everything else was fine."

"We loved the area and how easy it was to take trips to the city or stay close to the rental. We enjoyed sitting outside by the river in the mornings. The rooms were comfortable and the host was responsive and helpful."

"Great communication with host. Easy to work with. "
