I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. "Our cabin was newly renovated very up to date and modern we were highly impressed. Water view. It was peaceful. Loved the bar restaurant seating area next to the pool. And the view from there as well was wonderful. The price point was great and the resort overall was older and quiet, which we loved. Had also considered margaritaville and we visited there to eat. The room was attractively decorated, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the room reasonably clean (baseboards and walls are due a good wipe-down, though). TP dispenser was MUCH too far from the toilet and there was a faceplate for a control to a nonexistent heat lamp that hung loose from the wall.
