"The property is very nice, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Needs just a few practical items for the rooms in the basement, which I suggested to the owner but otherwise it was perfect for our trip back to visit family. We would have loved to have been able to sit outside on the nice back deck, but we got some rain while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!"

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was exceptionally clean! All bedding and linens were made available and were also very clean. "Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely."

"We were in town to host a wedding rehearsal dinner. We had various family members staying and had to do a lot of food prep for the dinner. The kitchen and dining area layout was terrific and the bedrooms fit the needs of everyone from kids, singles, and married couples. Since the house is supposed to accommodate 12 people, the living room area could use additional seating. We alerted the owner of some cleaning issues and she responded immediately."
