"Perfect location for my short stay packed with activities! Situated right at the train station and bus station that we needed to take for our day tours. Breakfast was good, better selection than the same chain in Stockholm that I am staying at right now. The room was spacious and clean. Was mostly quiet EXCEPT in the early morning when there was noise that sounded like someone was moving furniture around for at least half an hour, which woke me up earlier than needed. I was in room 340 and am not sure what was above my room— another guest room or common area. "

"Phenomenal location just at the shore of the fjord with room facing the water. Nice room with balkony. Very nice breakfast. Pleasant staff. Highly recommend this place. "

"Conveniently located where the boat docks, and where the buses/coaches -drop and start from. Walkable to reception where we were handled in a very pleasant manner. Given a Viking room with an excellent view of the waterfalls. Provided with eye masks as they have a skylight. If you like a dark room then you need to use them, as the at this time of year, not very much darkness. Ear plugs were provided as well. Room had a bed, chairs, tables, tv, kettle with some cups and coffee, plus small amount of information. Bathroom - shower, toilet, sink, towels, shower gel/soap. Interesting vegetation on roof. Room was decorated well however small areas in corners and around window, could be looked at to improve. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Relaxing night would recommend saying there."

"Very friendly counter staff. We do not know the way to the laundry area even after she shows us the clear directions.. She personally brought us and shows us how to use the machine. Thumb up for her."

"The stay was amazing. The staff were very friendly. They made sure I had something to eat when I told them I'll be coming in for a late check in. The room was very cozy and very clean with an excellent view. All the basic necessities were in the room"
