Belle propriété avec grand parc très agréable et grande maison confortable, literie en bon état.
Repos et ballades en bord de mer. Visites et petit tour aux marchés. Parties de pétanque et joie dans la piscine.

Maison familiale exceptionnelle!
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille (15 personnes, 3 générations) exceptionnelle! La Grande Ourse est une magnifique demeure décorée avec goût et très spacieuse. Nous avons pu prendre nos repas dans le jardin sous une belle pergola ou à l'intérieur de la maison dans une très belle pièce lumineuse donnant sur la terrasse en bois. Si vous aimez cuisiner, vous serez enchantés! la grande cuisine est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Le grand jardin est de toute beauté et offre des espaces pour toute activité sans se gêner: sieste à l'ombre des arbres, bain de soleil au bord de la piscine, un grand boulodrome. Et si le temps ne permet pas de profiter du jardin, vous apprécierez les 2 salons ou le grand bureau à l'étage avec son billard. Les chanceux propriétaires de La Grande Ourse mettent à votre disposition un livret d'accueil très complet sur la maison, les commerces et les activités dans la région et restent à tout moment disponibles durant votre séjour. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour dans cette si belle maison.

La Grande Ourse, l'endroit idéal pour grande famille !
Cette maison est très bien appropriée pour un séjour en famille avec des ménages et des petits-enfants dont l'âge variait, dans notre cas, entre 19 et 2 ans : en plus de deux chiens, nous étions 15 et jamais personne ne s'est trouvé gêné par la présence des autres grâce aux nombreuses chambres et au très grand jardin avec sa belle piscine. Une expérience qu'on renouvellera sans aucun doute.

Maison familiale et pleine de charme
Très jolie demeure bien arborée et bien équipée. Cette maison est propice aux moments de convivialité. Elle est très bien équipée : terrain de pétanque, piscine, baby foot, billard, de nombreux livres, jeux pour enfant... Le cuisine est elle aussi bien équipée, tout est disponible pour cuisiner. La maison est bien arborée, un atout pour toujours trouver un petit coin d'ombre. Les petits comme les grands ont été conquis par ce séjour.

Super séjour
Maison agréable à vivre (beau jardin, Clim dans le salon, grandes pièces de vie et chambres éloignées), et très bien équipée (concernant notamment cuisine, jardin, jeux d’enfants). Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis, avec des enfants de 4 mois à 5 ans. La piscine chauffée est bien adaptée aux petits. Attention en revanche, 7 chambres ouvertes uniquement et non 9 comme indiqué sur l’annonce.

Excellentes vacances dans les Landes !
Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'hébergement : maison familiale avec beaucoup de charme, équipement très complet, et un jardin magnifique. Piscine, ping-pong, pétanque, ombre et coins de tranquillité pour tous (je conseille vivement cette destination aux amoureux des livres...). Nous étions 12, la maison est spacieuse et bien adaptée. L'environnement est superbe avec le lac, l'océan et les forêts de pins à proximité. Nous avons privilégié l'immense plage de l'Espécier qui a ravi les ados et les adultes. Nous rentrons avec de bons souvenirs, de magnifiques photos et l'envie d'y retourner un jour !

Aucune mauvaise surprise, la propriété est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, spacieuse et très bien équipée pour les loisirs. Le grand jardin et sa piscine sont bien agréables. Idéale pour les grandes familles.

très bonnes vacances en famille
Nous étions une famille de 7 adultes et 7 enfants de 1 à 8 ans. Le logement est vaste et nous n'occupions même pas toutes les chambres. La maison, assez ancienne et sans luxe ostentatoire, a un certain charme. Elle convient très bien à de grandes familles. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner (grande cuisine et grande table) et pour distraire les petits et les plus grands: jouets, déguisements, piscine, ping pong, baby foot, billard, nombreuses bibliothèques Le quartier est calme et l'océan à 15 mn avec de très belles plages commodes d'accès. Les contacts avec la propriétaire ont été très faciles

Excellent endroit pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Spacieuse maison familiale, très bien équipée pour passer un bon moment. La situation est également très bonne, proche de l'océan et de l'étang. Belle région, et le beau temps était aussi au RDV!!!

Merveilleux séjour dans une très belle propriété, avec beaucoup d’authenticité...
Très belle propriété - maison comme jardin . Le côté particulier et attachant vient du fait qu’il s’agit d’une véritable maison de famille, vivante et investie... Le jardin présente de très beaux arbres -Catalpa, Albizia - constituant un véritable écrin à cette très vaste maison Landaise. En bref, que du bonheur...et une grande envie d’y retourner!

Super même pour la période du nouvel an ! Le TOP pour mêler convivialité et indépendance.
Nous étions 15 et avons passé entre amis (parents et enfants) le nouvel an. La maison est très chaleureuse, très bien décorée (mode Noël pour l'occason). L'espace de vie est très chaleureux avec sa cheminée. Les chambres sont bien indépendantes, grandes, très propres et les matelas de qualité. Tous les équipements sont très fonctionnels (sauf la wii qui ne fonctionne plus). Le billard est un combiné français américain. Pour que ça soit parfait en cuisine il ne manque que le micro ondes mais le four est très grand. Bref petits et grands ont adoré ce séjour dans cette maison ou l'on se sent presque chez soi.
